There can be so many challenges in a day, so much to have to face. They can overwhelm me, so that my stomach feels in knots, and I don’t even want to get up in the morning.
Lord, help me through each day, so that even when things seem darkest, you will be there to guide and comfort me.
Be my shepherd, Lord, then nothing will I fear, though I walk through the valley of darkness.
Amen.
