In early July the Inter-congregational Voice on Climate Change and the Pacific Islands (Pacific Calling Watch – PCW) made a submission to the Joint Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs, Defence and Trade’s inquiry into the strategic effectiveness and outcomes of Australia’s aid program.
